How can I ask my employer about a pay rise? I have been in my job for 1.5 years and I didn’t feel confident enough at my annual review to bring it up (I know i need to be more assertive, I'm working on it!). I did get a small cost of living % increase, but I want to shoot for at least another 10%. Should I wait until my six-month review or just bring it up now? Does anyone have experience successfully asking for a raise?
