Hey everyone! Not sure if this will help anyone but here it is anyways, I’ve been a chef for over 13 years working across the country and based in Auckland since this June. I’ve had plenty of interviews and have stepped into a couple of places for work but nothing concrete even with my level of experience 🥲. But I’ve noticed something strange with this current job market and how cutting corners to survive is becoming a thing with the current economic climate. As hard it is don’t give up guys!

Its been a rough couple of years , from having to stop work due to a back injury. But then coinciding with my mum's health issues and recovery from a bad fall. I decided to be her full time carer and help her with everyday stuff. But also having my autistic son half the week also, but he's easy compared to mum's stuff. But since she passed I've been working on my back with a hope of getting back to work in some capacity. Oh well we'll see what happens . Hope all of you are finding success !!
