I'm hoping for some insights from ppl in supply chain logistics. I’m a part-time inventory coordinator at a big company and have the chance to move into a full-time operations role for way more pay. BUT there's weekend work involved. I do want to move up the ranks and I don’t mind the grind, but I’m keen to hear stories from people already working in similar logistics roles. Do you enjoy it? Is it worth it? Are there any roles where you can move to a more structured 9-5?

I need advice. My workplace unfortunately has a culture of (some) people feeling the need to prove themselves constantly. I just like to put my head down and get my work done, but find I am often asked to weigh into discussions that I feel are slightly combative. But It’s not like I can just ignore people in my team when asked for my professional opinion. How can I navigate this? What is a polite way of opting out of non-productive workplace 'rivalry'?

I'm a 37 year old mum, looking to return to the workforce. I hold a current COA, full driver's license, reliable transport. My passion is working in the Security Industry, but have recently been thinking about my own business, as I am finding it hard to find work that fits within my children's school hours.
