Writing a cover letter? 📝 Switch 'To Whom it May Concern' for one of these: ➡️ Dear [person's name] ➡️ To the hiring manager ➡️ Dear Sir or Madam ➡️ To the [department name] "To Whom it May Concern" is OK if you don't know who'll be reading your email. Start writing: "Grew engagement 34% by spotting audience trends others missed." One is a job description. The other shows how your brain works. Most ads here are just "process" for roles already promised to someone else. How to win: - Stop being an "Applicant." Start being a "Solution." - Identify the Manager. Message them directly: "I saw X problem on your site, here is how I’d fix it." Make the interview a formality. Skip the queue.
