"Your resume shouldn't be a history book. Make it a highlight reel!" Hot take: Most resumes are painfully boring. Stop writing: "Responsible for managing social media accounts." Start writing: "Grew engagement 34% by spotting audience trends others missed." One is a job description. The other shows how your brain works. Hiring managers don't want people who can follow instructions. They want people who can solve problems they haven't even identified yet.

Most ads here are just "process" for roles already promised to someone else. How to win: - Stop being an "Applicant." Start being a "Solution." - Identify the Manager. Message them directly: "I saw X problem on your site, here is how I’d fix it." Make the interview a formality. Skip the queue.
