I’m so stressed. I had a really good job but they ended my employment at the end of my 90 day trial even though I was meeting all expectations etx and was doing well. I have no job, no income. I’m young, I have a degree I can’t use. I had an interview which I’m waiting to hear back from but so many applications I don’t even hear from

I’ve been applying for about 9 months and been out of work for 6 months, i’ve had ONE interview in that whole time of applying. I have been working since I was 15 and I have just recently turned 19 but every time I apply somewhere I get the “We won’t be proceeding with your application”. I have a lot of work experience and even applying back in hospitality I have no luck and I worked in hospitality for 2 and a half years! what do I have to do to at least get more interviews ?!

I am an experienced Teacher Aide, and I have worked for the Ministry Of Education for 30 Yrs, covering many different roles in a school environment. I have been blessed to work with students over the years. I am now 62 this year, and I don’t have very good mobility, I’m a little slow at walking. I manage to get feedback, some interviews, and I have been transparent in my application forms. But still no job.

At work, a casual employee, X, is processing invoices using other staff logins. Y and I raised concerns—if something goes wrong, we’d be held responsible. I suggested X get their own login or have invoices run under the manager’s name. Manager’s response: - X is mainly for quotes/overflow work. - Use our logins and write their name—it’s “easy to trace.” - Might not get a login since casual, but manager will “explore.” - X used Z’s login before. Seems unsafe and irresponsible. Thoughts?
