Ive been constantly applying for jobs since 2022 i had to leave my last job cause of an incident that damaged my back which cause me to have minor back surgery before i could recover i was hit with the news that i had a huge tear on my left mitral valve near my heart so of course i had to get minor surgery to repair that.eventually i got better and started applying for jobs i had a impressive cv i applied for so many jobs and majority i never heard back.even now applied havent heard back.

I'm a communications grad with around 9 months experience at a media agency that takes care of hotel and restaurant clients, doing some general PR work and assisting on campaigns. For anyone working in hotel comms: would I have a chance pivoting from this role to in-house comms for a hotel? Does anyone have experience joining an in-house team from an agency background? Interested to hear stories.

Hello, try start somewhere first is by apply or attending a course that is in the Auckland central that is relate to hospitality or housekeeping or stocking need some experience so I can add into my c.v and hopefully I can grab a full-time job please. getting bored staying home I wanna use my availability to do something before I get stuck on the chair haha. thank you

I'm in a bit of an awkward situation. I started a new job a couple weeks ago, then was accepted for another job I applied for that is more in line with what I want to be doing. I'm still in the onboarding phase at my new job and thinking the sooner I leave, the better for both parties. In this case, is two weeks notice for resigning still the standard? Is there an HR person here that can advise?
