Hi Guys I’m looking for someone who can relieve me on the weekends and whenever needed taking phone calls and some admin / computer work as my admin assistant. If proven to be the right candidate, I can have you continue on a part time basis since business is growing. Work from home job and need to have wifi, laptop and a spare phone. We have a manager at work who is baasically a saint. He's just so nice and supportive and one of those rare people who cares about you and how you are. Our team want to do something to show we appreciate him but we don't want it to be inapporpriate or too much. Any ideas? He doesn't drink so it can't be alcohol but we don't know much more about him or what he likes. help!

So I’ve just been offered a job for $50k in customer support (call centre). I don’t have a degree, but I do have three years experience in a similar role. Does this seem right to you or is it a low-ball offer? It’s fully based in-office.

I am based in Pakistan and have more than 9 years of solid experience in customer support, sales, complaint handling, and CSR roles, including working in the telecom sector. For the past several months, I have been actively applying for jobs in New Zealand through SEEK, tailoring my applications carefully to match the requirements. Unfortunately, despite my experience and continuous efforts, I have not received any response or contact from employers. This has left me very disappointed.
