I am based in Pakistan and have more than 9 years of solid experience in customer support, sales, complaint handling, and CSR roles, including working in the telecom sector. For the past several months, I have been actively applying for jobs in New Zealand through SEEK, tailoring my applications carefully to match the requirements. Unfortunately, despite my experience and continuous efforts, I have not received any response or contact from employers. This has left me very disappointed.

So I’ve just been offered a job for $50k in customer support (call centre). I don’t have a degree, but I do have three years experience in a similar role. Does this seem right to you or is it a low-ball offer? It’s fully based in-office.
