How are we handling those days you just don’t want to work? If you’re just a bit ‘off do you take a personal day? Do you tell your manager you’re taking a mental health day or just say it’s something like food poisoning?

I want to pay a recruiter a reward for finding me a job. Where should I look/post to find a good agency. Not fussy on the type of work, just want casual/part-time (out of office hours) Will do mornings to 12pm. Else 6pm on is good. Graveyard sifts ok. But only 4-6rhs. Not worried about the pay rate. If all ese fails I can go back (next year) to my old 5 star job. 100% the best company to work for. Any help, suggestions, direction and advice will be greatly received, :)

Hi everyone 🌞, reading some of the stories has made me realize that there is a real job shortage pandemic in Hawkes bay. I thought maybe coming out of a Mental health hospital, it would be easy to get back into work. I sooner found out it ain't easy at all. It's easy to get volunteering jobs but not easy to get paid jobs. I live off $428per week, $200 for rent and $100 to loan per week, $53 to phone bill per week and $50 groceries and rest bus fare and left no savings. Very sad but unstuck soon

Finally have secured a casual job for now not close to full time but it’s something keep apply you will get there in the mean time find something your passionate about to help grow your skill set while applying for work, stay positive

I'm struggling with my work environment at the moment everyone is not happy with each other always complaining, arguing or threatening to quit. while I think mangement wants them too. I am truly struggling to stay with the job but I have no where else to go
