Customer Service Role
I'm struggling with my work environment at the moment everyone is not happy with each other always complaining, arguing or threatening to quit. while I think mangement wants them too. I am truly struggling to stay with the job but I have no where else to go

I can empathize with it. Although I am currently looking for a job and have no vision at all, I still believe that there is someone in a corner of the world who shares the same feelings as me. How can this not be considered a partner? Come on, buddy!
