inLooking for work in New Zealand

I am looking for a company that will sponsor visa for me. I am currently in USA- been working in various food safety and quality assurance leadership positions. I have worked with diverse range of food product- from dry nuts, specialty frozen products (pizza, hot dogs, pies, tater tots, fries etc.), seafood and meat/poultry. Second round interview next week! I find these the hardest because I’ve already said everything about myself and asked all my questions in the first interview! What are your hacks for a good 2nd interview? I’m meeting the CEO so I don't want to mess it up. 😬

My cousin recently got a job after months of searching - she was having difficulty securing a role for a few months and I checked in often to try help where I could. Plot twist - the hiring manager was someone who rejected her in the past but kept her profile on hand for - what is now - a future opportunity. Maybe someone needs to hear this today - sometimes "no" just means "not yet" and staying calm, gracious and patient can be a networking moment for a better role.

I'm writing this with extreme disappointment, have applied for over 70+ jobs and got one with response, with all the effort and skills qualified written technical and online interviews and had last round yesterday with positive feedback and references would be the next and offer letter, as per mentioned trying to looking to relocate to job location and tada! i got a regret mail stating some other candidate is proper fit for the role. the interview process is more than 3 months and this happened.

Summer is pretty much here and I'm looking to get a casual job over the uni break. What are some good retail jobs out there during this time? I want to make as much money as possible over the break, so I want weekend and public holiday work. I have retail experience and some cafe experience. Does anyone have any advice for finding a $$ summer job?
