I'm hoping for some insights from ppl in supply chain logistics. I’m a part-time inventory coordinator at a big company and have the chance to move into a full-time operations role for way more pay. BUT there's weekend work involved. I do want to move up the ranks and I don’t mind the grind, but I’m keen to hear stories from people already working in similar logistics roles. Do you enjoy it? Is it worth it? Are there any roles where you can move to a more structured 9-5?
