The Australian state of Victoria has proposed a law that gives employees the right to work from home two days per week if they can. The change would give workers more flexibility and work-life balance, potentially allowing more carers and parents to stay in the workforce. Would you support a similar law in New Zealand? How would working from home two days per week help you? Share your thoughts below. ⬇️

I think this would be a great step for NZ! Having 2 days to WFH could really help with balancing family commitments, reducing commuting stress, and even improving productivity. It would also make it easier for parents (like me!) to stay in the workforce.😜

I think this would be great. Obviously it's not going to suit every role, but I think particularly in cases where it's already been demonstrated that the job can be done successfully at home - then it makes sense.

100% would support this. There's no need for me to be physically at my workplace every day of the week but because I have a manager who insists on everyone being there Mon-Fri there's no flexibility.
