Oooh one I can answer. I'm entirely remote, literally never set foot in an office for the company. Which I think is what made the difference.
There's so many roles that do hybrid, but once people start out in the office. Those employers seem to find it hard to let people go home and not come back in anymore.
Maybe you can bring it up as a trial in the next review? Offer to do a month remote and come back hybrid for a few weeks after...
