Has anyone here done any training on coursera (or another online provider) for programming? If I wanted to brush up on some skills using AI like prompt writing or how to use AI in project management, would online training be useful or nah?

I’ll be honest, online courses can help, but prompt writing or learning how to use AI in project management, practice matters more than theory. Most AI tools are based on language models, so the best way to learn is to actually use them. Start asking specific questions, refine your prompts, and keep iterating. Ask for possible flaws, limitations, and edge cases. I recommend starting with a topic you already understand well, So you can notice when the AI is making things up instead of analyzing.
