What extra benefits does your job give you? If I start a new job, what sort of benefits are reasonable to expect? Stuff like gym memberships or is that not a common one?

I think it depends on the type of office you're in, and what industry you're in. The things we each value vary too - I love the proper coffee machine in my office, end of week drinks, and access to free mental health support. We get discounts to nearby gyms and sometimes to nearby coffee shops etc. but I haven't really used them. Some people LOVE these though!
