Question about white-fonting (where you put keywords in your resume in small white font to trick AI) - does it work? Does anyone have any experience doing this? I'm not getting any responses to any of my job apps and wondering if I'm just not getting past the AI programs.

Ive never heard of this, how interesting. I wonder if systems will start catching up to it though and not allowing it.
