Technical Officer
I am a resident visa holder with 10 years experience in Emergency Management. I have a sound understanding on how emergency/crisis response work.
I have been constantly applying available job opportunities all across the country that fit my experience, qualifications and skills (sometimes I apply entry level jobs), however, my applications doesn't usually progress to the next stage (not even close to interviews).
Can any experts enlighten me why my application doesn't progress? Thank you.

Dispatcher/Yard operator
When you apply for a position that align with your skills try using AI to enhance your cv or cover letter.
HR is using AI to filter through the hundreds of CV sent by agency or self on a daily basis,not just being skilled or experienced in that particular role or even being multi skilled won't always get you past the finish line.
AI talking to AI will at least get you on the starting blocks.... Good luck friends.
