I currently needed a job in new zealand but seems all the employers are not in for visa sponsorship,I Don't know why but I haven't been able to see someone asking if I can really sponsor myself if offered an employment,please I need a serious employer to consider this....m

Hey Khama. Employers sponsoring visas is pretty rare here as they need to be able to show the Government those skills aren't available locally. For that reason it tends to only be for jobs with more niche, technical skills.
In most cases they'll need you to have a visa that allows you to live and work in New Zealand. If that's not something you've looked into, the best place to find out about visa options is the Immigration New Zealand website.
