Take home assignments yea or nay? I got to the third interview for a job I'm suited for, as in the exact experience and a portfolio that has the same work as I'd be doing and they asked me to do a 3-part assignment (case study, audit, creative idea). It'll take me at least 4-5 hours if I do it quickly, but that's not going to be my best work. What should my approach be here - do it, send work I have alreadt done that is similar? How long would you/should you spend on take-home assignments?

Some of these expectations are getting crazy. A friend applying for a design role was asked to do something that was a full days work as a test. It feels like a lot to ask. Especially when you're applying for multiple roles
