Trades Assistant parks and gardens
At the end of the day, the employee is the asset. What I bring to the table is a lot more than what a position can bring to me. I always tell them I am looking for a great work environment. Tough because every one thinks they’re workplace is “great”. I’m not one to settle, but if I enjoy the workplace I stay; lately I’ve been moving around jobs looking for somewhere I feel good about. So key is to always be confident and prepared. Good luck
