I need advice about a team member who is underperforming (cafe staff). Absolutely everyone loves them - the other staff, our customers - but they frequently arrive late, leave early, and mess up orders. I've spoken to them about this, but their work is still sloppy. I’ve also talked about this with the owner and I have their support in whatever I choose to do. I like this person but they're causing me so much stress - what to do??

It does not have to be super structured or, but just outlining some goals together and areas that need work. This way they know the expectations, and you're both on the same page.
