Is is me or is it getting impossible to get a job
After many applications and the same results saying you don’t meet our criteria moving forward with more experience how much experience do they need
I have over 22 years experience in health and social care Im an experienced level 4 caregiver
With senior experience medication , maybe it’s my Qualifications UK ones

Can you talk to someone in the industry to ask what qualifications you need to sort out? Don't some of these things have eqivalency you can apply for to prove it?

It actually sounds like you've got great experience. You mentioned you have UK qualifications - could it be a visa issue or I seem to recall there is a special assessment you need to do for international qualifications?
