Construction Project Manager
would be a great idea for employers to email applicants if they have the job or not,
I have been in the building industry for 35years but had to retire from putting the tool belt on after 12years off running my own building company, business to project or be a site manager for any company, I have applied a dozen times and have not received a reply back

Yeah not a fan of silence when we put in the effort to apply. The least they could do.

100% agree Jason. It takes a minute to let us know and radio silence doesn't show a huge care factor on their part.
