Experienced Moxy and loader ,roller Operator class 2-4 trucks manual /auto
it would be nice if employers showed us where we are lacking i’m pretty qualified and the jobs i’m applying for are way below my expertise and still no answer or call back also some jobs are under paying the role what’s up with that i wonder why everyone is leaving nz….!!!

it’s like the bar keeps moving, right? even when you’ve got the experience.... it’s hard to tell what employers are really looking for. have you tried asking for feedback after applying or interviewing? sometimes they’ll share a bit if you reach out directly, though not always.

You're not wrong. The job market would be better off if that feedback was available, on both sides. The best advice we can give is to keep on going, and don't let the lack of communication hold you back from looking for opportunities. 🙏

Security Monitoring
That would be nice if they could. I am told, "you interview very well," however, I do not get the job. I wonder what I am saying wrong. I even learn about the company I have applied for. In an email, it's "we are sorry to inform you" etc, however we would like to keep your CV on record etc. So yes, I agree with you.
