Customer Service Representative
Hey Kayden,
I understand, it's so tough. I'm in the same spot at the moment have been before in end of 2024. The market is HARD right now. What I found the best was printing out my CV, and physically going from store-to-store to hand them out in person. By doing this, it shows potential employers that you're proactive, approachable, and will put in work, even when it's hard. It's definitely uncomfortable at first, but it really helped with my self confidence and fear of rejection too!

Yeah it's a hard not hearing back Kayden. Unfortunately it's pretty common.
Best advice is to pick up the phone and ask for feedback where you can. At least that way you'll know what you need to work on.

Cold Stores
Think of this site like YouTube and Employers are the ads. Those seeking work are the clicks and likes etc. Data collection. So Apply on seek, but call the company directly, seek is not the final step, go through this site everyday and only apply within the first 24-48 hours, tailor your CV-Resume etc for the job displayed. Watch out for the fake ads.

Machine Technician
If you’re really desperate theres nothing wrong with signing up to a temp agency to get you started. It may not be the job you want now & the pay maybe smaller then what you want,but its something to keep you afloat until you find the job that fits you.
