Customer Service Team Leader
Applied for over 2000 jobs in 2 years and not 1 single interview. Almost 20 years in customer service/logistics. People say my CV is great with a lot of skills. Recruiters are the problem, saying you have the skills but not the right fit, maybe in their view but the company who is ACTUALLY looking for an employee has missed out because of 3rd party recruiters.

Yikes that's a lot of applications without luck. Do they ever say what they mean by 'not the right fit'?

Administration Officer
It is very hard to stay positive when you've been applying for jobs you are very experienced for but get no reply. Or you get an auto message saying "Thank you for your application. Give us time to look through your application and we will get back to you as soon as we can". The best replies i got was "We believe you may be too qualified for this position" or "Unfortunately your application was unsuccessful....etc.
They made that decision from my cover letter and CV and no interview. 😒
