Not sure but do we need to go into the stores that we apply for and hand in a resume aswell as apply online… ive gotten nothing back from anyone yet theyre “desperate” and “eager” for new employees…. and its suggested that im a “strong applicant” im just stuck.

Hard to understand isn't it Nikai-deen? Best thing I can suggest is reaching out to ask for feedback where you can. At least that way you'll hopefully get something concrete to work on.
