honestly frustrating trying to find a job and you don’t hear back or they want experience but no one is giving you a chance to get experience. honestly so disheartening.

It is super frustrating Kataraina. Best advice is try to bank any experience you can...even if it's volunteering or temping. And don't be afraid to talk about other experiences that helped you develop your skills too.

I hate how you don't seem to hear back from anyone at all these days. I swear it used to be different. You'd get ghosted sometimes, but mostly either get an interview or a quick "thanks but no thanks"
