I think it's okay to let people know you are nervous. So maybe if it feels right, it's worth mentioning. First days are hard, first weeks and sometimes the whole month is rocky! You'll get there.
I know if a new colleague came to me and said they were nervous about getting to know people on the team, I'd really appreciate them being real with me. Of course, not everyone is your friend, so maybe that's a good place to start - it'll show you which people are your people. ☺️
