Coordinator
I have a great job and work at a great hotel with great employees and managers. However, I'm wanting to gain experience in other hospitality/tourism/customer service roles. I've been applying at a wide range of new and different companies since January 2025 and I've only made it to ONE interview. Every response I get from failed applications/interviews is that someone else has a little more experience than I do, which I think is such a rip off textbook response.

finding a job feels harder than ever at the moment. Have you gone over your resume and checked for any spots that could use improvement? I thought mine was pretty good, but I decided to overhaul it and it might be luck, but i've had a few more follow ups than usual.
