Kerb/Concrete Forman
Hey all I'm really struggling to find a new career path. I have a bulge in my lower back (between L4-L5) that runs down my leg. Have been a concrete worker specifically in the Kerb and Channel for over 12 years, 7 of those as a forman. I built relationships with clients and staff along with all forman roles. I'm not qualified for anything, and anything I can get into requires physical work. If any one can guide me into a new path or offer an opportunity I would greatly appreciate it 🙏.

Oh goodness, sorry to hear about the injury. 😞 I know first hand how that can change things, and its so important to look after yourself. You might be underestimating your quals, though. I reckon you would have a fair bit of knowledge about the job you do. There may be opportunities out there to provide training, or do quotation work only which often come with extra bonuses when customers accept. Might be worth looking into. ☺️
