Can we talk about career pivots? I'm interested to hear success stories of people changing jobs like I'm about to do.
I'm 38 and have spent more than 15 years working at the same place in a minimum wage job, even though I'm now manager. Next year I'm going to start a teaching degree as a mature age student. Would love to hear how a career change like this has gone for others
