Sales and marketing representative
Trying to figure out next steps. My partner and I decided to leave our jobs for various reasons, we have a 15 month old baby and have few expenses. I have the option of relief teaching if i want (not keen,) Not too concerned about money and busy (lots to be done), and i know that the right job will come up for my partner. Thinking itd be good to find something remote/flexible where i work 30 hours a week. Not sure what, bookkeeping? As i enjoy planning, researching, organising and im resourceful

Did you figure something out? Working from home sounds good, especially with lots to get sorted around the home. No commute, and being able to take lunch breaks at home adds so much more to the day.

I have little work experience, but commitment to finding a job, and a lot of skills to help with any job I land, i’ve applied for hundreds of jobs these past few months, mostly entry level and only landed 2 interviews! with one not having a follow up and the other unsuccessful. The job hunt is very very hard at the moment, especially with little experience on your belt

Speaking as someone who's done remote work for a while now, I can totally recommend it Olivia. Wish I'd started when my kids were a little younger tbh. There's plusses and minuses like there is with anything...But if you can find the type of work you're after and WFH it's worth thinking about.
