Operations Executive
Job hunting right now feels like a full-time job itself ❗️I’m well-qualified in marketing but haven’t landed a single interview after 50+ applications. 🫠
I’ve reworked my CV multiple times, yet all I get are rejections or nothing at all! Just venting a bit today..... but I’ll keep going. 😔 Any tips or advice would be great!

Same story here! after applying & giving interviews i feel like i no nothing... lost my confidence. almost forgot how to commence the replies to an interviewer.. and find myself brain scattered. Yet i have been applying for jobs and encouraging myself. yes i can do it....

Ask ai what employers want to hear.
You have the value e.g experience.
Ai write a cover letter and c.v for this company.
Make it high value and hit on the employers emotional triggers in order to get hired.
Chat gpt now make it look as though a human wrote it.
There’s also services that reduce ai detection so look into that.

Customer Service Support
Are you going for marketing jobs specifically or a mix? Are there any companies in your area you could walk in with your cv? I know this is tough to do but it could help, or even just asking to speak to someone regarding the role you've applied for and letting them know you've put an application in. They may remember your name once they come across your cv. Otherwise it sounds like you're doing all you can it's just tough out there.

Definitely relate. I think I have run out of jobs to apply to... It is incredibly demotivating when you know you are skilled and have all this experience, but still get looked over. Gotta keep plodding on, I reckon.

I know how you feel. Been in Insurance Industry 10 years, 3 years in claims and can't even get one call back, never mind an interview. Most jobs haven't even bothered getting back to me at all.

if you r job hunting any job then it's a number game if 50 job applied then change things up. be an early applier instead of 50 make it 150 daily by now u should master spotting who are good recruits and who r just collecting candidates, also customise your cv to 3 version to increase your chances of passing the Ai filtering system. at end of the day they will be that one company who keeps reposting and frustrated not finding the right candidate you eventually will show on their radar.
