Help meee, I want to resign from my job. My employment contract says I have to provide 2 months notice, but I feel that’s way too long? When I started here three years ago I was in a junior position, and when I was promoted to my current managerial role I didn’t check the fine print and resignation wasn’t brought up. Is there any legal reason I can’t give one months notice instead?
