Just a little holiday tea ☕ I joined a new company and on the invitation for our EOY party there’s a warning about how poor behaviour won’t be tolerated. I did some digging and found out that every year at least one person gets a warning for inappropriate behaviour and last year it was a quite well-liked manager! It’s wild to me how people can risk their whole career for some free drinks. Have you had anything similar happen at your company?

I've seen way too many people drink too much at the work xmas do because it's "time to let your hair down". No guy, it's not. It never ever is with the work people

It may have changed now but working in media and advertising when I was younger, this was almost expected behaviour. It certainly wasn't frowned upon as far as I could see. 😕
