I need to vent.
Why oh why do I need to input my CV sections into an online form?
I spend hours writing and tailoring my CV only to click apply and be sent to a form where I need to cut and paste all the fields in manually. And it takes. so. long.
It's like they design these systems to test our mental fortitude. I'm so tired of it all. Is there a short cut to this?
Or I am doomed to cut and paste hours of my life away...

I hate it but if they make me do that I assume it's also going to be using AI or some software to approve/reject my application so I try and take the opportunity to include some keywords and things from the job ads. Not sure if it helps tbh but I've had a pretty decent run with getting interviews.
