What are some of your tips to network in Auckland? I have been finding it incredibly hard to find a commerical accounting role when it was a whole different world a couple years ago. I really want to find good regular practices to improve my chances as the good ol' applying for roles and waiting around is incredibly hard if you want to find a role thats got a different job title than your current role.

Not sure how it works with Accounting but with I found there's lots of relevant Facebook groups in my sector to chat, swap ideas and network. Is there anything like that for accounting here?
