Marketing Consultant
Keen to get some resume advice - I've had a lot of jobs over 20 years but not always in the job I want to get. Do I need to show all my jobs / experience? I worry that if I have gaps in my career timeline, it might look like I'm hiding something. But I know recruiters will quicly scan a resume so how do I highlight my relevant work history rather than ALL my work history? Keen for advice TIA!

Community Operations Manager
For this one non-relevant role, I only listed its role title and date of employment. Didn't take up precious space in my resume (only 2 lines) and it still shows that there's no gap year in my work history. Good luck!
