Last week I tried the STAR method - https://www.seek.co.nz/career-advice/article/how-to-use-the-star-interview-technique - in an interview in response to questions and it was really beneficial, helping me to structure my response and ensuring I highlighted my impact and achievements. I have a second interview next week with the same company which I am very excited for. I think this method helped me to progress to the second round. Has anyone else used this method? How have you found it?

Used to live by the STAR method when being interviewed. Now I'm on the other side of the interview desk, I actually build it into a lot of questions. The other one is 'I' vs 'we'...Is that something try to be conscious of too?
