Every Friday at 4:45pm, I spend 15 minutes jotting down:
• One win (with numbers if possible)
• One challenge I navigated
• One thing I learned
That's it. Takes 15 minutes.
After a year? I had rock-solid evidence of my impact for my performance review. My boss was floored by my "incredible memory" for results.
Not memory. Just good notes. 😉

Love this advice - I know I've been caught out by not keeping track of my outcomes, and then trying to compile it all before my performance review, stressful...Something that has worked for me too is moving any positive feedback I receive, results, etc into a folder. That way it's easy for me to refer back to when the time is right. Thanks for the tip!
