Tasks and duties

• Identifying and assessing the learning and development needs within an organisation.
• Designing and implementing effective training programs to address learning needs.
• Evaluating the success of learning and development initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
• Working with management and staff to determine the most effective learning opportunities and resources.
• Managing and updating internal training materials and delivering sessions to employees.
• Staying up-to-date with developments in learning tools, techniques and resources.
• Preparing reports on the impact of training on employee skills and job performance.
