Human Resources Business Partner is a managerial, leadership role and requires experience working in human resources as well as general business and industry knowledge.
Tasks and duties

How to become a Human Resources Business Partner
Human Resources Business Partners usually have at least a bachelor degree, plus relevant industry experience.
Complete a three-year bachelor degree in commerce or management, or a major in human resources management and/or employment relations.
Consider completing a one-year Master in Human Resource Management to further your skills and employability.
Gain relevant industry experience in a human resources role. As Human Resources Business Partner is a senior position, most employers would prefer you to have proven human resources experience.
