Leading Hand

A Leading Hand oversees the work of a small team within a larger organisation, ensuring tasks are completed to the correct standards and within set timeframes. As a more senior role, a Leading Hand might be in charge of important projects within a company. Their role can also include training new team members, overseeing safety compliance, and in some settings, Leading Hands may also be required to carry out hands-on work alongside their team.
