IT Business Analyst

Information Technology (IT) Business Analysts bridge the gap between IT and business sectors in an organisation. These professionals analyse and assess a company's business model and workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies and help develop solutions to business challenges, often by implementing IT systems. They also liaise between stakeholders and IT teams, translate business requirements into technical details, and manage projects end-to-end. An IT Business Analyst typically works within a business setting, across a myriad of industries that rely on information technology. Their role requires a fusion of business acumen and IT knowledge, critical thinking and strong communication skills.
