Working in a client facing call centre was a great job as a student. Being a fast learner and quite tech savvy meant that I was quick to find solutions that made my work more productive, and this meant that I progressed quickly to team leader. I found the work sometimes monotonous and I also found it quite intense with how we were expected to convince people to buy property.

This role is always hands on, the upkeep of managing your task is a must , the role is dealing sometimes with the clients and maintaining there needs , handling there payments etc
