What's it like to be a Policy Analyst?

Policy Analysts must have strong research, writing, and analytical skills, and broad knowledge of their organisation and the people and sectors affected by its policies. Many Policy Analysts work with the New Zealand government and local councils, but other organisations that need Policy Analysts include those related to infrastructure or health care.
