If you are passionate about helping change people lives this is the role for you, great opportunities to do a wide breathed of work. Great money too for those who have nō formal qualifications
The challenges
You have to be a certain type, being abused verbally and physically occurs often. The shift work is crap aswell, 12 hour work is not a nice way to live
