i only had 4 days on the Job and was unfairly treated. 4days and nobody gave me a chance ; rather, they went behind to tell the supervisor, who didn't even come to meet me to ask if there were any challenges for someone who had just spent 4 days that i wasn't competent. I had asked one of the leads there my performance he said i was doing well but though still new i would improve with time. On day one, there was no issue, Day 2 all went well, Day 3 when i asked for feedback still no issue, Day 4 I was asked to stop. It was a horrible experience for me, and I felt and discriminated. I wasn't even given a fair chance at all.
