About the program

Technology Graduate Program

Our 12-month Technology Graduate Program builds deep expertise in a chosen specialisation, while offering broad exposure through elective rotations. Graduates gain hands-on experience with technologies like Salesforce, Workday, AWS, Python, Node.js, TypeScript, SQL, Spark, and Databricks, and develop core skills in areas such as security, devops, programming, and systems engineering.

Explore a 9-month core placement in your chosen stream: Security, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, or Customer Technology (SaaS), where you'll gain hands-on experience in your chosen field 

Expand your skills with a 3-month elective rotation, exploring another IT stream to broaden your understanding of our technology landscape

Learn from world-class technologists with diverse global experience. Choose a mentor to guide you through your SEEK journey and support you throughout the 1-year program.

As a SEEK Grad, you’ll benefit from rapid professional growth and immediately experience the impact your work makes on fellow SEEKers and our customers.

You’ll be a part of a graduate community, with alumni who are there to ensure that you're on track with your career aspirations and who’ll share their experiences.

Who we're SEEKing

We’re looking for curious, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about using tech to create great customer experiences. You're a natural team player who challenges the status quo to find the best solutions, and you value inclusivity and diversity, just like we do.

To be eligible to apply: 

You are in the final year of your degree or have recently completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any field (preferably Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or Software Engineering) 

You have graduated within 2 years of applying with no more than 2 years work experience in a relevant IT-related role 

You are a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident
